WHAT IF I DON'T READ EVERY MONTH OR WOULD LIKE TO SKIP/PAUSE?
If you would like to skip/pause a month, log into your account and submit a Skip/Pause Request. If your box has already shipped, your request will be honored for the following month. If you're looking for a one-time purchase, we also carry the same amazing products at our store.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ANYTHING FROM MY BOX?
We only exchange or return broken or defected items, which we will exchange for the same item if still available. We do require proof of damage, send to within 14 days of you receiving your box. All payments are non-refundable.
WHAT IS THE BILLING CYCLE LIKE?
The date you initially subscribe to Mienne will be the date your account will be charged monthly. For example, if you became a member on May 15th, your card will be charged on the 15th of each month.
HOW DO YOU SELECT PRODUCTS FOR YOUR BOXES?
Upon becoming a member, you will submit a quiz that helps us identify your interests. These quiz answers can be changed/updated on your account. We use your responses to curate the perfect box for you, every time.
WHEN DO BOXES SHIP?
Once your account is charged, your box will be customized and shipped within 5 to 7 business days. Mienne is not responsible for any lost or stolen boxes due to incorrect address. Please makes sure that your shipping address is correct. If a box is returned to us because of an invalid address, a reshipping and handling fee of $8.95 will be charged to reship the package.
